The fixative, stabilizer allows you to fix your whipped cream, mousse or ice cream and keep them cool for several hours without them falling. Dosage 8 to 10 grams/Liter of water or milk. Mix first with sugar. Incorporate it at the end of beating the cream. Ingredients: dextrose, E412 stabilizer, starch. Allergen-free.
