Cut out the desired shape from the gold leaf with scissors, taking care to avoid excessive contact with the gold leaf. Lubricate the chosen surface with a thin layer of food glue or, for example, pastry glaze. Tip: Make sure the surface area is slightly larger than necessary. Position the blade carefully and precisely. Please note that the sheet cannot be moved once it has been placed. Leave it alone for about a minute before removing the paper using tweezers in a slow upward motion. Leave to dry for ± 24 hours to harden. Contents: 1 sheet of 8×8 cm.
