Macaron mix

Easily make homemade macarons using this mix.Preparation: Mix the mix with lukewarm water for 1 minute at low speed then 8 minutes at medium speed. Arrange on a baking sheet and leave to crust for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cooking: 18 minutes at 150°C, oven half-open. For more shine remove the steam during cooking.
